Sustain: Controls the 'hold' time of each pick attack transient.
Level: Controls output level of the effected tone.
Attack: Adjusts the attack from slow to fast.
Toggle switch: Selects between a warm or bright tone.
The Retro-sonic's compressor attack control allows you access to a the full range of the transient settings from Fast to slow. You will notice note-to-note levels that are smoother and more consistent, chords and picking that is tighter and more focused, and when used with an overdriven amp, sustain that will last and last! Notably, you will find minimal coloration to your guitar signal and less of the note-attack alterations so common with other compressors. The latest incarnation of the Retro-sonic compressor the has added a toggle switch that lets you choose between a warm or bright tone.
